Job Description Summary ‎ Senior-Level Project Manager to work under the SVP of Integration on executive facing new market strategy. This individual will help lead executive facing pre-M&A planning, pre-integration planning, transformation, strategy, and large-scale organization design through the lens of full-risk value-based care transformation. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ Lead executive-facing new market strategy, pre-M&A planning, integration planning, transformation, and large-scale organization design. Develop and lead integration planning and execution for acquisitions and joint ventures involving 100-500 providers and 500-1000 employees, ensuring alignment across clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders. Develop and professionalize strategy materials and governance processes for senior leadership, including executive steering committee design, escalation frameworks, and physician compensation incentive plans to drive joint venture success. Author internal communications and partnership FAQs that clearly articulate M&A transaction rationale and employee impacts, fostering engagement and trust among 200–500 staff during integration.
