Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with over a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians track the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit substances. Healthcare professionals use the testing to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans. Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner with expertise in employee relations to join our team. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the field leadership across multi-state operations, driving HR strategies that foster a fair, inclusive, and compliance-driven workplace. You will lead complex employee relations matters, support organizational development, and champion a culture of continuous learning and compliance. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to the field team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives through integrated solutions that drive organizational success. Lead and advise on complex employee relations matters—including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices while proactively addressing emerging workforce challenges. Drive workforce planning, organizational development, and succession strategies while leading talent initiatives—including training, coaching, and career growth. Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop recommendations, suggest strategies, identify risks, and implement improvements. Support change management initiatives related to business transformation, culture, or process improvements. Ensure adherence to federal and state labor laws, internal policies, and ethical standards to maintain a proactive approach to risk management and regulatory compliance. Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to. Ability to ensure administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls are always adhered to. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of progressive experience in human resources with a strong focus on employee relations. Proven leadership in managing employee relations issues across multi-state operations with non-exempt employees. Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments.
