The Logistics Administrator will support all specimen shipping operations and oversee distribution matters to provide an exceptional customer experience. This role involves working cross-functionally with various teams and resolving customer shipping issues in a timely manner.

Full Description

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, the Logistics Administrator will be responsible for supporting all specimen shipping operations by following current standard operating procedures in a manner consistent with the values of the company. This person will oversee all distribution matters with an emphasis on providing an exceptional customer experience by working cross-functionally with Sales, Data Services, and our greater Customer Service team. The following are intended to be examples of the accountabilities for which the person in this position is responsible. This position is not intended to be complete or all-inclusive and does not preclude management from assigning other or related functions for which the individual has demonstrated competency through performance. Monitor and track daily on-demand UPS and FedEx customer shipments Maintain UPS Placard Program and facilitate its continued expansion across the business Serve as logistics point of contact for Sales, Field Services, and other cross-functional teams Provide real-time chat support to Customer Service team via Microsoft Teams channel Investigate and resolve all customer shipping issues in a timely, proactive manner Partner with Data Services to resolve discrepancies in reported monthly UPS Zero- Volume Pickup fees with ongoing goal of cost containment Facilitate logistic needs for our Telehealth customers and associated vendors Prepare for and attend weekly Corporate Performance Management call with MH and UPS stakeholders Update all associated standard operating procedures and educational materials to maintain accuracy and timeliness Train Customer Service Advocates and Coordinators on new procedures and provide ongoing refresher training as needed Other responsibilities and projects, as assigned by management Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to. Ability to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to. Associate degree or equivalent experience required Bachelor’s degree highly preferred 1-3 years Logistics and Customer Service experience Previous experience using Salesforce is required Strong experience in Word and Outlook with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES Strong ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with customers, partners, and peers Strong project management skills including the ability to work independently, establish priorities, assist/direct staff and complete multiple projects in a timely, organized matter Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data Strong attention to detail; ability to find and analyze mistakes Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through on projects and assignments Ability to effectively handle large workloads with changing priorities.
