Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist (Mid-Level) AgTech / IoT Solutions – Remote (USA) We are looking for a mid-level, customer-facing specialist who can comfortably speak the language of dairy farms and enjoys owning the customer journey end-to-end — from the first conversation to long-term success. What You’ll Do Inbound Sales & Customer Guidance • Contact inbound leads coming from Meta & digital channels • Understand the customer’s dairy farm structure, herd size, and management practices • Discuss solutions in a consultative way and guide customers through the purchase process (Stripe links) • No cold calling, no aggressive quotas • Order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics are handled by dedicated operations teams Customer Success & Analytical Support • You will work with a small, manageable customer portfolio rather than a large volume of accounts. • Support customers after purchase in both software and IoT device usage • Review alerts and data together with customers (e.g. estrus/heat alarms, activity patterns) • Speak analytically about on-farm situations and help customers interpret what the data means in practice • Proactively check in with existing customers to ensure they are getting real value • Identify successful use cases and collect testimonials & success stories Partner & Distributor Support • Support distributors during the sales process when needed • Act as a product, data, and solution reference for partner sales teams What This Role Is (and Is Not) Quality-focused conversations (avg. ~15 customers/day) Advisory, analytical, and solution-oriented Long-term customer relationships No cold calling No call-center style KPIs No ticket overload No logistics or fulfillment responsibility Who You Are • Typically 3–6 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles. (Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, or similar) • Background or hands-on familiarity with dairy / cattle farms • (farm work, ag education, veterinary support, feed, breeding, herd management, or AgTech experience) • Comfortable discussing real on-farm scenarios, not just software features • Able to interpret data and speak analytically about animal behavior and alerts • Confident communicating with customers via phone and video • Organized, responsible, and comfortable owning outcomes • Experience in SaaS, IoT, or AgTech is a strong plus Why Join Us? • Be part of a newly forming US team with real influence from day one • Clear training and onboarding support — we invest in your success • Long-term team vision: growing toward a 10+ person US organization • Future career flexibility as the team grows (e.g. moving into Sales, Customer Success leadership, or specialized roles) • Work with real customers, real farms, and real impact — not call lists • Remote-friendly structure with autonomy, trust, and ownership • Competitive compensation aligned with mid-level experience. • We are especially interested in candidates based in agricultural or rural regions with a strong connection to dairy farming communities. • We primarily envision this as a full-time role, but we can offer a part-time start for the right person, with a clear path to full-time as responsibilities and the US team grow.
