We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team in a dual capacity as Project Manager and Operations Manager. This role will lead complex projects from initiation to delivery while also managing day-to-day operations, driving strategic initiatives, and optimizing processes to ensure operational excellence and business growth. How You Will Make an Impact Project Management Lead complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and high-quality results Develop and implement comprehensive project plans covering scope, deliverables, schedule/cadence, budget, and resource allocation Manage project resources including personnel, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies with appropriate risk management plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business leaders, technical experts, and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in and serve as the primary point of contact for project Deliver clear and concise project communications such as status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations Track project milestones, progress, risks/dependencies, and resources in project management tool and repository and ensure regional portfolio is maintained up-to-date Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through regular reviews and audits and are delivered in a timely manner Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core business functions Operations Management Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members Oversee and report on team health through quarterly business reviews with the client Develop and implement operational plans and strategies that drive growth, innovation, and continuous improvement Build and lead diverse teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning Manage performance and development of team members, providing coaching and mentorship Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize operational workflows and resource utilization Use data and metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational resilience, scalability, and cost-effectiveness Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure operational needs are met Lead/Support change management processes, ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, or organizational/operational changes, and communicate operational changes effectively across teams What You Will Need to Succeed Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field 4+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or related roles Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional, large-scale projects Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and operational analytics Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with risk management and process improvement methodologies Ability to pivot and adapt quickly in response to evolving business needs, shifting priorities, or unexpected challenges Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT managed services, data center operations, or technology infrastructure environments Experience driving operational excellence in fast-paced, high-growth environments PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma certifications Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s in Business Administration or Project Management)
