About the Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented, full-time, Operations Support Specialist to join our growing professional services firm. This role will be critical in supporting our client engagement lifecycle and internal systems and processes. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, accuracy, and repeatability to deliver exceptional service to our clients and team. **This position requires 2 - 3 days per week in our Carmel, Indiana office during an initial training period. After training, this position can be in-office, or hybrid.** Responsibilities: Manage client renewal process to ensure timely and accurate contract extensions Coordinate client system access provisioning and de-provisioning for internal team members Maintain data accuracy and completeness in our HubSpot CRM system Set up and configure new clients in Karbon workflow management tool Create and administer Google Groups for internal collaboration and client engagement Establish and organize Google Drive folder structures for each client engagement Manage 1Password vault setup and user access controls Develop client meeting presentation materials using Google Slides Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in an operations, administration or coordinator role Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspace apps Familiarity with CRM and workflow management systems (HubSpot, Karbon preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks Ability to create, document and follow standard operating procedures Milestone offers competitive compensation and benefits, paid time away from work benefits, and a flexible work environment.
