## Corporate Communications Manager Join Mile. One Marketing, a team of 25+ professionals, as our Corporate Communications Manager based at the Mile. One Corporate Office (Zip Code 21204) in Towson, Maryland. This role is a strategic connector across Marketing, Human Resources, and Philanthropy, responsible for developing and delivering communication strategies that strengthen our culture, elevate our brand, and highlight our commitment to employees, customers, and communities. Salary Range $60,000 - $85,000. You will design and execute internal and external communication strategies that support company priorities, culture, and corporate social responsibility. Day-to-day work includes overseeing creative direction and developing content for email, newsletters, intranet, Workday, social channels, and video to ensure a consistent and engaging voice. Partnering with HR and leadership, you will help enhance the employee experience for 3,800+ team members by clearly communicating company initiatives, culture, and opportunities. Expect to promote Mile. One’s philanthropic initiatives, employer brand, and competitive positioning across the markets we serve, and to track, analyze, and report communication effectiveness so strategies can be continuously optimized to increase engagement. You will also provide communication counsel and draft messaging for leadership announcements, events, and key company initiatives, serving as a confident partner to senior leadership. A few examples of what success looks like in this role: - Leading integrated communications efforts and driving measurable engagement across channels. - Creating clear, compelling content across formats — email, speeches, web, social and video — with strong editing and storytelling. - Managing multiple priorities and deadlines while influencing and advising executives. Qualifications we are looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field preferred. - 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or related roles. - Exceptional writing, editing, proofing and storytelling skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and act as a confident partner to senior leadership. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Familiarity with social media and digital communication platforms.
