We Are Milani. Luxe for All™. Milani Cosmetics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Coordinator. This role plays a critical part in supporting the execution of key retail account deliverables across major retailers and channels, helping ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Complete retailer-facing paperwork, forms, and portal submissions with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain sales trackers, templates, and databases, ensuring fields are updated consistently. Enter and manage data across multiple platforms, including Excel, PowerPoint, and retailer portals. Support the development of PowerPoint decks for customer meetings and internal presentations. Collaborate with account leads and the Sr. Sales Director to meet deadlines and manage priorities. Ensure submissions align with retailer-specific formatting and compliance requirements. Learn and navigate retailer systems and tools to support account management and execution. Bachelor’s degree or up to 3 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, or retail support, preferably within CPG or beauty. Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, filters, formatting, XLOOKUPS and pivot tables). Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a reputation for accuracy and dependability and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently. Salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to location, education, skills, experience. The annual base salary range for this role is $50,000.00-60,000.00.
