What You'll Do: As a Project Management Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in our client engagements, providing expert planning and execution support. You will: • Apply your minimum 3 years of experience in facilities, operations, or maintenance planning • Manage tickets and prioritize issues efficiently in high-stakes environments • Leverage familiarity with the Asset Suite work management system (preferred) • Bring planning or project management expertise from the nuclear or energy sector (strongly desirable) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to client processes and systems • Represent MIGSO-PCUBED’s brand of excellence on client site Who You Are: You bring 3 plus years of experience in Project/Program Management or Maintenance Planning, a Bachelor's Degree, and a fervent passion for project management. Work Environment & Commitment: • On-site presence required at client site in West Michigan five days per week for 6 months. What to Expect During the Interview Process: • Introductory Call: A 15-20 minute conversation with our Talent Partner. • Microsoft Teams or In-Person Interview: A 1-hour interview with a Business Manager. • Technical Interview: Review a case study for 1 hour, followed by a 1-hour interview to present your findings and discuss with a Business Manager.
