Our mission is simple — bring integrity, quality, and hustle to homeowners who need roof replacements after storms or aging roofs. We’re looking for a Sales Manager / Player-Coach to help us build and lead our Austin sales team from the ground up. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity. Your responsibilities will be to sell, recruit, and lead in one of the fastest-growing markets in Texas. What You’ll Do: • Sell residential roofing jobs (we’ll provide full product & process training). • Knock doors, generate leads, and manage your personal pipeline. • Recruit, train, and motivate a small team of sales reps by spring. • Manage CRM, lead tracking, and homeowner communication. • Represent our brand professionally in neighborhoods and inspections. • Collaborate directly with the owner to shape the Austin market strategy. Top-performing player-coaches in similar markets earn $150K+ annually. You Are: • Experienced in roofing, solar, pest control, or door-to-door sales (1–3 years minimum). • Self-motivated and goal-oriented. You love building something from scratch. • A leader who can recruit, train, and motivate others. • Confident working commission-based — your income comes from results. • Organized, honest, and driven to grow with a long-term opportunity. • Money motivated.
