Job Type: Full Time / Contract / Commission-Based (with Draw Available) Pay: $75,000–$150,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Overrides + Bonuses) About Us: We’re launching a new roofing franchise in Austin this January, backed by a proven national system and a strong production team. Our mission is simple — bring integrity, quality, and hustle to homeowners who need roof replacements after storms or aging roofs. We’re looking for a Sales Manager / Player-Coach to help us build and lead our Austin sales team from the ground up. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity. Your responsibilities will be to sell, recruit, and lead in one of the fastest-growing markets in Texas. What You’ll Do: • Sell residential roofing jobs (we’ll provide full product & process training). • Knock doors, generate leads, and manage your personal pipeline. • Recruit, train, and motivate a small team of sales reps by spring. • Manage CRM, lead tracking, and homeowner communication. • Represent our brand professionally in neighborhoods and inspections. • Collaborate directly with the owner to shape the Austin market strategy. What We Provide: • Full training on roofing systems, inspection process, and insurance claims. • Startup marketing support, canvassing tools, and branded gear. • CRM system and back-office support for contracts and production. • Protected Austin territory with growth opportunity. • Fast payouts and clear commission tracking. • Dedicated outbound marketing to drive leads • Internal Insurance supplementation team to help close those big deals Compensation Structure: • Personal Sales: 8–10% commission on total contract value. • Draw Option: $2,500/month recoverable draw available during ramp-up. • Overrides: 2–3% commission on all team sales (once reps are onboarded). • Bonuses: Milestone bonuses for hitting monthly and cumulative targets. Top-performing player-coaches in similar markets earn $150K+ annually. You Are: • Experienced in roofing, solar, pest control, or door-to-door sales (1–3 years minimum). • Self-motivated and goal-oriented. You love building something from scratch. • A leader who can recruit, train, and motivate others. • Confident working commission-based — your income comes from results. • Organized, honest, and driven to grow with a long-term opportunity. • Money motivated. We'll give you every tool but expect you to execute.
