How You’ll Make An Impact You’ll lead project execution end‐to‐end—scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety—coordinating internal crews, subcontractors, and client stakeholders. • Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of electrical and infrastructure construction projects. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment and execution. • Develop budgets, manage costs, and track project progress to meet deadlines and financial goals. • Implement risk management, safety, and quality control procedures consistent with OSHA, NEC, and company standards. • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and inspectors, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution. • Mentor project staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. • Drive process improvement and leverage technology to enhance project efficiency and transparency. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience accepted. • 3–5+ years of progressive experience managing electrical or infrastructure projects. • Strong understanding of project scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and documentation practices. • Experience with Procore, MS Project, or comparable project management software. • Working knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and construction safety regulations. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. • PMP certification preferred but not required.
