Salary: $80,000-$120,000 Manager, Consumer Markets Partnerships Minneapolis/St. Paul & Chicago About the Role Midwest Dairy is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven individual to serve as Manager, Consumer Markets Partnerships. This individual will build and maintain relationships with consumer-facing individuals, companies, and organizations that attract or influence consumers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul and Chicago areas. Using industry and regional expertise, this role will cultivate partnerships that grow trust in dairy and deliver programs that drive measurable change in consumer sentiment, attitude, or behavior. Key Responsibilities • Build and manage relationships with consumer-facing partners to advance Midwest Dairys mission. • Prospect new partnerships through networking, cold calls, and referrals in key markets. • Use a consultative, solution-based approach to identify partner needs and secure activations. • Package and deliver insights, research data, and case studies to influence partner decisions. • Represent Midwest Dairy at meetings and industry events to strengthen relationships. • Collaborate internally to execute activations, manage budgets, and oversee contracts. • Set and track KPIs to evaluate partnership performance and ROI. • Report results, insights, and opportunities for growth to leadership and stakeholders. Skills & Abilities • Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships. • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication; skilled in delivering compelling pitches and presentations. • Strong organizational and project management skills, managing multiple partnerships simultaneously. • Analytical and data-informed; skilled in KPI development and reporting using CRM and tools such as Excel or Power BI. Qualifications • Bachelors degree and 57 years of related experience. • Experience in non-profit, commodity, food industry, or agriculture preferred. • Proven success in building partnerships that impact consumer sentiment or behavior. • Must live within Midwest Dairys 10-state region, specifically greater Chicago, Minneapolis, or St. Paul. • Ability to travel up to 25% and attend events outside normal business hours.
