Develop and implement growth strategies for Data Center cooling solutions, analyze industry trends, and collaborate with technical teams to identify new project opportunities.
Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or Marketing, with at least 5 years of relevant experience including 3 in business development or key account sales, and experience in Data Center infrastructure.
Responsibilities: • Define and implement a market segment growth strategy, focusing specifically on Data Center cooling solutions, including both liquid and air cooling technologies. • Understand industry dynamics, the decision-making chain, and the key stakeholders involved in product specifications and purchasing decisions. • Analyze evolving industry requirements and translate how these changes impact the application and demand for our products. • Identify relevant industry standards and requirements to guide development, qualification, testing, and demonstration activities for market legitimacy. • Communicate clearly to internal stakeholders the general architecture of Data Centers and related applications for our products with respective OEMs. • Collaborate closely with the technical sales team, application engineers, and the account management organization to build a pipeline of new project opportunities, define winning sales strategies, and identify growth and innovation avenues. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in business development or key account sales. • A background in Data Center infrastructure is required. • Experience with High-Density Data Center Cooling solutions is preferred.
