High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the security or related industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using customer service software and basic computer skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
