About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations and growth of our dialysis clinics. This leader will ensure high-quality patient care, strong regulatory compliance, and efficient clinic performance across multiple sites. Responsibilities • Oversee operational performance for all assigned dialysis clinics • Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal requirements • Improve workflows, quality outcomes, and patient-care processes • Lead clinic managers and support their professional development • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance • Support staffing strategy, recruitment, and retention • Monitor key metrics and implement performance improvement plans • Foster positive relationships with physicians and community partners • Lead or support new clinic openings and service expansions Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person
