Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Outside Sales Representative to support and grow our Distribution channel. This individual will play a key role in developing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic selling and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution channel customers • Conduct regular prospecting and outreach to identify and secure new business • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets • Provide product education and support to distribution partners • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience • Regular travel for in-person client meetings, trade shows, and industry events (approx. 3+ days per week) Essential Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in B2B or M2M outside sales with a proven track record of success • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and mobile sales technology • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (25+ weeks per year) • Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport with no restrictions • Fluent in English • No air travel restrictions Highly Desirable Qualifications • Resides in the MidWest., near a major airport hub. • Working knowledge of the steel and wire industry. • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business. • Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP systems. • Strong prospecting and territory development skills. • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
