We are a designer and full-capability manufacturer of flexible and rigid waveguide assemblies as well as passive microwave components. Job Summary: Tracks all product through production to meet customer requirements. Respond and communicate to customers and keep internal team up to date of any changes, to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of product to the customers. Responsibilities and Duties: • Maintain status of all products, all locations and anticipated requirements to meet established schedule via ERP System-Global Shop • Become familiar with all department procedures • Expedite orders and the ability to work with all departments • Communicate changes of order status to customers and keep internal team up to date on changes so everyone is informed of date changes. • Maintain excellent customer relations by providing updates by phone or email • Assisting other departments when needed Qualifications and Skills: • Experience in a manufacturing environment, basic knowledge of the production process • Strong computer skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated, self-starter, team player Experience: • 2 years in a Manufacturing environment • Global Shop Manufacturing Software a plus • High school or equivalent Required work authorization: • United States Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer.
