Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Microsoft is a global leader in technology, and they are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect focused on Cloud & AI Infra. This role involves driving the adoption of Citrix solutions on the Microsoft platform, collaborating with partners and customers to achieve business outcomes, and leveraging deep technical expertise to resolve issues blocking customer success projects. Responsibilities • Drive positive Partner Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to partners and their customers, by leveraging expertise to enable defined outcomes aligned to partner business strategy. You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes. • Develop and expand existing impactful relationships; create and sustain constructive tension and trust with partner and lead adoption of Microsoft technologies. Act as a Citrix on Azure technical subject matter expert and trusted adviser providing architectural and technical guidance promoting successful service integrations with Citrix on Azure. • Lead virtual teams around Citrix & Microsoft technologies and partner challenges, participate in external architect community events and share learnings with internal teams; demonstrate deep industry knowledge and drive recognition for Microsoft solutions. Engage with the Azure Product teams and influence the product roadmap based on customer needs and strategic initiatives involving Citrix implementations and deployments. Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners to the relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement. • Develop opportunities with partner to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's value proposition and get value from their investment in Microsoft technology. Collaborate with Citrix sales and partner engineering teams to drive increased adoption on Azure. • Identify and evaluate industry trends and develop technical enablement plan with partner. Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Using technical expertise, identify opportunities to develop new solutions and services for partners to take to market that drives business results. Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of partner-led customer success projects. Lead technical conversations with partners to drive value from their MS investments to service their customers. Deliver all work according to best practices & policies and using repeatable IP. • Demonstrate Self Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals. • Embody our culture and values. Skills • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. • One or more of the Citrix certifications below or equivalent: Citrix Certified Professional or Expert certification in Virtualization (CCP-V or CCE-V), Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service on Citrix Cloud Certification (CC-VAD-CC), Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service Integration with Microsoft Azure Certification (CC-VAD-MA) • One Of The Following: Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, Exam AZ-140: Configuring and Operating Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions • 2+ years of experience on Azure Advanced Migration AND Practical experience with one or more of the following: migration of WS/SQL servers to Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, Azure security and hybrid management tools. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. • 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). • 4+ years experience working on technical projects. • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications). • Deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, emerging computing trends and data warehouse trends. • Prior consultative/complex technical sales experience, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications and databases.
