Summary Join Microsoft’s Elevate Marketing Operations team and help modernize marketing platforms, enhance workflows, and integrate cross-platform solutions to drive operational excellence and social impact. This role supports global marketing efforts for nonprofit organizations, leveraging Microsoft’s scale and resources to accelerate positive change. You’ll work at the intersection of data analytics, martech tools, and technical project management, contributing to initiatives that empower nonprofits worldwide. Job Responsibility • Lead programs from initiation through delivery with precision and clarity. • Translate business strategy into actionable technical tasks. • Scope and manage technical implementations across platforms. • Analyze program and systems data to identify improvements. • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing operations. • Maintain documentation, schedules, and status reports. • Interface with clients on technical and business issues. • Organize cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery. • Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and execution. Requirements • 10+ years in marketing technology, data analytics, or related fields. • 8+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Customer Insights – (Journeys, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Adobe Marketing Cloud) • 8+ years scoping and managing technical implementations. • 5+ years with marketing automation platforms and database design. • Bachelor’s degree required.
