As we expand our reach, build stronger business relevance and invest in manager development we are seeking a Director, Manager Development to help us scale our manager experiences, innovate with customer-centered solutions, and lead our manager development portfolio. This people manager role reports to the General Manager of Manager Excellence and Development and will have a team of integrated learning ICs reporting to them. The Director, Manager Development guides, develops, and iterates on manager development programs, initiatives, and strategies for people managers by identifying organizational needs, managing resources, communicating with executive stakeholders, and prioritizing work for the team. The role oversees the implementation of core development programs and systems at a global level. Represents the company and their team as a thought leader in their area when reviewing and enabling team members to review learning and development solutions and best practices in the industry with internal and external clients. In addition, this role has people management responsibilities including driving employee growth and development, executing projects, and managing performance.
