Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to grow regional sales, manage client and distributor relationships, and report sales performance.
Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in discrete semiconductors, strong knowledge of diodes and MOSFETs, bachelor's degree, and proven success managing sales and marketing programs.

Active in all segments of the electronics market, Rectron is a certified quality manufacturer offering design and development of diodes & MOSFET power discrete semiconductors to world class customers. www.rectron.com Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager with minimum 5 years of experience in sales, most preferably in the Discrete Semiconductor sector. The successful candidate must be able to leverage his/her account knowledge to hit the ground running in developing area opportunities to achieve meaningful sales growth. Key Responsibilities: ● Generate marketing plans and projections to meet sales targets in assigned region. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. ● Establish and manage cooperative partnerships with independent Area Sales Representatives to penetrate key area accounts. ● Establish and grow distribution account base in assigned region. ● Prepare and present sales reports to management. Qualifications & Experience: ● Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Discrete Semiconductor industry. ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field (BSEE preferred). ● Strong understanding of Diodes & MOSFET products and applications. ● Willingness to interface within all levels of accounts inside assigned territory as well as within Rectron to achieve success. ● Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse set of personalities and cultures. ● Demonstrated successful track record managing direct and distribution Sales & Marketing programs and or projects. ● Experience with the challenges of selling and marketing commodity type products.
