We’re looking for a motivated, empathetic individual who excels at fostering positive relationships, resolving issues thoughtfully, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and providing effective solutions. • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers, demonstrating care and understanding in every interaction. • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately using our CRM systems. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure prompt resolution of escalated concerns. • Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience. • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics in a fast-paced, virtual environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for attentive customer care. • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative remote team. • High level of motivation, reliability, and attention to detail. • Proficient in navigating computers, CRM software, and virtual communication platforms. • Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous remote customer service or contact center experience. • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools (CRM). • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
