This will include collaborating and coordinating with study partner sites, state education administrators, and other members of the study team during the 5 years of the project. The individual will lead and manage initiatives such as coordinating meetings with high school teachers and planning in person events for various stakeholders. The incumbent will work closely with curriculum experts and reviewers on the development and launch of secondary science, chemistry and physics classes in Alabama, Mississippi, and North Carolina. This position is funded until December 31, 2028 with possible extension contingent upon funding renewal. Minimum Requirements Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in Business Administration, Management or field related to the employing unit; three to five years of related and progressively more expansive work experience in project management, business analysis, facilitating/training with a focus on business management; work flow process analysis and implementation of strategic initiatives or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
