The Purchasing Assistant is the primary contact supply chain contact for internal customers and external suppliers regarding all equipment spare parts and perishable tooling. Generate purchase orders, perform spare parts requirement planning, manage inventories. This position reports to the Purchasing Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with Maintenance personnel and Management to ensure timely, cost effective inventory control of all non-raw materials purchases. 3-5 years purchasing experience, including negotiation.
