About Us Tri-County Pain Consultants is a leading pain management practice dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team from end of March-June 2026, then PRN afterwards. --- Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The NP/PA will provide high-quality patient care, perform clinical assessments, formulate treatment plans, oversee the medication management program, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. --- Key Responsibilities · Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams · Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions · Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests · Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based care · Perform procedures within scope of practice (TPI/joint injections) · Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and preventive care · Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members · Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records · Follow organizational policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements --- Qualifications Required: · Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in Michigan · National certification as NP (AANP/ANCC) or PA (NCCPA) · DEA license preferred · BLS/ACLS certification Preferred: · years of clinical experience in Pain Management · Experience with EMR systems (eCw) · Bilingual abilities --- Skills & Competencies · Strong clinical decision-making abilities · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team · Commitment to patient-centered and culturally competent care · Adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment --- Compensation & Benefits · Competitive salary based on experience · Health, dental, and vision insurance · Retirement plan options – 401k · Paid time off and CME allowance Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
