Exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Commercial Account Manager located in Wixom, MI. The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for managing a book of commercial accounts, providing exceptional customer service, selling insurance products, and effective communication with clients. If you are a seasoned Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager with experience working in the Independent Agency channel, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a customer service account representative. Our ideal candidate has experience working in an Independent Agency, with a large, diverse customer base, and markets in servicing commercial lines business. Experience with AMS360, Microsoft outlook and carrier portal rating and changes, are essential skills needed. Superior communication and relationship building proficiency, coupled with our unique workflow model will ensure success along with a competitive, winning attitude. Strong carrier and coverage knowledge are also essential. As a Commercial lines service account manager, you will be responsible for assisting Michigan Community's legacy account relationships. Our agency represents Michigan’s leading Independent Agency carriers along with top Regional and National Markets. You will represent the best carriers with superior relationships.
