Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions Major Activities \- Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments \- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey \- Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) \- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events. \- Engage with clients of all ages, from 4 to 94+, by creating an environment of fun and creativity. \- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects, perform face painting and other activities. \- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards \- Embrace and execute personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with all customers while creating Custom Framing solutions. \* deliver sales and production results \- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members.
