Detroit, Michigan Permanent USD130,000 - USD155,000 per year • Flexible and Family Oriented Work Environment with 2-3 days of WFH • Industry Leading Benefits Package About Our Client Our client is an owner's representative/construction management firm with roots in the Metro Detroit area with a strong backlog. Their core markets are healthcare, municipal, and anything in the public sector. Job Description • Direct planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of complex capital projects. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders. • Monitor project performance, costs, timelines, and key deliverables. • Facilitate stakeholder communications, meetings, and executive reporting. • Ensure alignment with project goals, quality standards, and contractual commitments. • Manage project closeout, operational transition, and post-completion activities. • Foster collaborative team environments and effective decision-making.
