• Manage all aspects of light industrial construction projects, from initiation to completion. • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment on project goals. • Oversee on-site construction activities to maintain safety standards and quality assurance. • Address and resolve project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets. • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and forecasts to senior management and clients. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and industry standards. • Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth.
