Job Description • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives in the life science sector. • Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and supplier relationships. • Manage inventory levels to balance availability and cost efficiency. • Lead logistics operations, including shipping and warehousing, to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. • Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. • Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with organizational goals. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure favorable terms and reliable supply. The Successful Applicant MUST-HAVES: • Finished product distribution and logistics • Customer service experience • SIOP/S&OP A successful Director of Supply Chain should have: • A strong background in supply chain management, particularly within the life science industry. • Proficiency in procurement, logistics, and inventory management practices. • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. • A solutions-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
