Job Description • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts. • Provide market insights and consultation to clients regarding hiring trends in the business services sector. • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction. • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs. • Collaborate with internal teams to share market intelligence and best practices. • Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM system.
