Job Description • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Construction sector to understand their hiring needs. • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure a strong fit for client requirements. • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding support. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative recruitment strategies. • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and market conditions. • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process. • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets. • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies. The Successful Applicant A successful Recruitment Consultant should have: • A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in the Business Services industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within the Construction department. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and recruit top talent. • A proactive approach and a commitment to achieving outstanding results for clients and candidates.
