Job Description • Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. • Expected to run 2-3 projects simultaneously adding up to roughly $25M • Running projects from start to finish. • Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables. • Monitor project progress and address any challenges proactively. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution. • Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership. • Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. The Successful Applicant A successful ICS Project Manager should have: • Proven ability to manage construction projects effectively. • 3-5 years of construction experience (particularly with a commercial general contractor) • Someone who can hit the ground running. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • A detail-oriented approach to handling multiple tasks and priorities.
