About Our Client Our client is a well-established and reputable real estate development firm specializing in high-quality office and retail projects. Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, they manage projects from concept to completion with a strong focus on design, sustainability, and long-term value. Job Description • Manage all phases of ground-up construction for office and retail projects, from pre-construction planning through project delivery. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and budgets. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and reports, proactively addressing risks and resolving issues. • Lead site meetings, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. • Oversee procurement processes and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors. • Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
