The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Bronx, NY is a pivotal player in the continued growth for the commercial construction firm. Job Description • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations. • Monitor project progress and address any challenges promptly to avoid delays. • Enforce safety standards and ensure the site complies with all safety regulations. • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to specifications. • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and report on site performance. • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. • Assist in resolving any on-site issues to keep the project on track.
