Job Description • Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. • Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. • Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain progress and efficiency. • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. • Ensure adherence to local construction codes and regulations. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: • Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles. • 3+ years experience managing commercial/multifamily construction • Exceptional leadership and team management skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. • Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations.
