Job Description • Provide administrative and project support to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers. • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. • Coordinate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. • Help monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The Successful Applicant • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). • 0-3 years of experience in construction or project coordination. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software (Procore experience is a plus). • Passion for construction and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
