• Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from planning to completion. • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. • Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. • Manage procurement of materials and negotiate contracts with vendors. • Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
