Job Description • Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as needed to stay on track. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites. • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues proactively. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates and resolve any concerns. • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and schedules. • Mentor and guide on-site team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
