Job Description • Manages projects fully on-site • Coordinates internal teams • Communicates effectively, establishes and fosters relationships with project managers, architects, engineers and subcontractors • Does not just manages people but works with them • Assist in hiring and mentoring new employees • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
