Job Description • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. • Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and quality standards. • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety procedures and protocols. • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to guide construction activities. • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Ensure materials and equipment are ordered, delivered, and used efficiently. • Generate and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules. • Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and achieve project goals.
