This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a fast-growing, well-established specialty contractor focused on complex, high-profile building envelope projects throughout New Jersey and New York City. The role offers the chance to take ownership of multiple active projects with a company known for its craftsmanship, stability, and strong client relationships. Client Details Our client is a highly reputable contractor with more than 25 years in operation. The firm has evolved from a small local business into an industry leader with over 300 employees and a diverse portfolio that spans commercial, institutional, and large-scale multifamily projects. The company's New Jersey office is currently in a major growth phase, backed by a strong backlog and long-term repeat clients. Description Key Responsibilities • Manage 4-5 exterior envelope construction projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $1M-$10M • Oversee all aspects of project delivery including planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and quality control. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and field teams to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes. • Use Procore or similar software to manage documentation, RFIs, and project tracking. • Maintain detailed records, drive accountability across teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Profile The successful Project Manager (Construction) candidate will have: • 5-10+ Years of experience, ideally in General Construction • Someone who can manage multiple projects effectively • Must have PROCORE Experience • Capable of being 50/50 in office and on-site • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field • Diverse project background (commercial projects advantageous) Job Offer • Salary: 80,000 - $100,000 + benefits • Great opportunity to join a reputable, well-established company that has been in business over 50 years. • Work for a company with a track record of low turnover that values its employees.
