They offer competitive salaries, excellent bonuses and a great benefits package. • Fully integrated developer - development, construction, and property management • Competitive bonus structure (bonus for performance, per project, and company performance) • Little cost for healthcare/dental/vision for employee • Diversity and inclusion initiatives • Diverse project portfolio all in Chicago • Autonomy within your role Job Description • Manage and optimize the performance of a diverse portfolio of high design for mid-high rise, mixed-use, multifamily, and commercial properties. • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize revenue and value. • Collaborate with all internal teams to ensure operational efficiency. • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for property improvements and cost savings. • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders. The Successful Applicant • 5+ years of mid-high rise, mixed-use, and multifamily experience is essential to this role, coming from a developer, property manager or non-profit organization. • A solid understanding of the property industry, including asset management and real estate principles. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and create detailed reports. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. • Proficiency with property management software and financial modeling tools. • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
