Are you passionate about leading complex software implementations and helping global organizations optimize their trade compliance operations? We're looking for a Global Trade Management (GTM) Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you'll lead customer implementations from project kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, on budget, and with the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and our development teams to translate business requirements into effective GTM solutions. What you'll do: • Lead implementation projects following CMMI best practices. • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and change requests. • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through clear communication. • Gather and document business requirements, define solution gaps, and create user stories and Jira tickets. • Configure our GTM software to meet customer business processes. • Coordinate software releases, patches, testing, and go-live activities. • Partner with customers to develop and execute test plans for successful implementations. What we're looking for: • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3+ years of IT project management experience (PMP certification is a plus). • Knowledge of U.S. import/export customs processes and an understanding of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations. • Experience with relational databases, SQL, and preferably Oracle. • A structured, analytical, and proactive approach to problem solving. • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. • Fluent in English and willing to travel up to 10%.
