Job ID 97538 Location Hialeah Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 81913.74 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 146990.05 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Five years of rail vehicle repair and maintenance experience to include experience in the resolution of operating problems; planning, scheduling, and oversight of the preventive maintenance of rail vehicles; experience in a supervisory capacity are required. Proof of education and work experience to meet minimum qualifications must be presented and will be verified. Recruitment Notes This position provides oversight and guidance to Rail Vehicle Maintenance Supervisors and experience working with Collective Bargaining Agreements is helpful. The role is responsible for supervising the diagnosis, testing, inspection, repair, and maintenance of rail vehicles and associated equipment. Additionally, it oversees troubleshooting activities for railcars and equipment within the department’s new high-tech railcar fleet, including all related vehicle components, analytical systems, and other applicable revenue and non-revenue equipment involved in reliability and maintenance operations.
