The role is responsible for supervising the diagnosis, testing, inspection, repair, and maintenance of rail vehicles and associated equipment. Additionally, it oversees troubleshooting activities for railcars and equipment within the department’s new high-tech railcar fleet, including all related vehicle components, analytical systems, and other applicable revenue and non-revenue equipment involved in reliability and maintenance operations.
