About us Mia bella Studios is a Salon and retail store located North of Houston. Our goal is to make every client feel special and valued by providing exceptional service and attention that exceeds their expectations. We aim to build long-lasting relationships with our clients based on trust, respect, and exceptional service. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns - Maintain a clean and organized environment - Assist with inventory management, including stocking and restocking salon products - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately - Provide product demonstrations and make recommendations to clients - Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth operation- HOURS WEDNESDAY- THURSDAY 9AM-5PM! Experience Know how to coordinate appointments without over lapping - Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and retail transactions - Familiarity with salon or beauty industry! - Ability to communicate effectively in English, Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service - Proficiency in using salon management software or computer systems - Sales skills for promoting salon products and services - Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and appointment schedules - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career growth within our salon.
