Product Owner / Scrum Master • This is a hybrid role combining responsibilities of a Product Owner (PO) and Scrum Master, supporting a Salesforce-centric delivery team. • The team operates in an Agile environment and heavily leverages Salesforce CRM for internal applications and business processes. • Candidate must have deep understanding of Salesforce products, configurations, and user journeys to effectively manage backlog, prioritize features, and support development. • Strong independent working capability is essential; the role requires minimal handholding. • Will work closely with multiple technology teams and business stakeholders, facilitating grooming sessions, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment. • No need for application development or coding experience, but very strong SQL skills and comfort navigating databases are mandatory. • Must be hands-on with JIRA, capable of managing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. • Experience with JSQL and working around multiple databases. • Team is right now using Agile setup; will be moving to SAFe environment in coming phases; so SAFe certification and experience will be helpful.
