Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative. In this role, you will actively engage with potential clients through outbound calls, present tailored solutions, and close sales. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and accurately maintaining client records. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and improve customer experiences. Qualifications • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills • Sales, telemarketing, and negotiation abilities, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets • Experience in customer service and building client relationships • Proficiency in CRM software and data entry systems • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus • Previous experience in a BPO environment is an advantage
