THE JOB: As an On-Call Cocktail Server on grave shift, you will be part of an exclusive crew that keeps the night alive and the early hours exciting. From serving the patrons chasing their next win to welcoming the late-night adventurers and early risers, you will serve signature drinks with precision, style, and a dash of personality. Your presence will create the kind of unforgettable moments that only happen when the rest of the world is asleep. THE STARTING RATE: $5.62 an hour plus tips THE SCHEDULE: On Call | Grave Shift 1:00am - 9:00am THE DAY-TO-DAY: Take guest drink orders, prepare garnishes, and serve beverages with flair and efficiency Master the details—know every menu item, liquor brand, beer, and non-alcoholic option so you can make confident recommendations Share your insider knowledge of hotel features, amenities, and local attractions to elevate the guest experience Complete opening and closing duties based on shift assignment, including stocking, organizing, polishing glassware, and ensuring service stations are spotless and guest-ready THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Commits to working selected on call shift/days with flexibility and reliability Anticipates guests needs and responds quickly to create memorable moments Thrives in a fast pace, late night environment with energy and enthusiasm THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
