MFM Search is currently working with a number of potential Real Estate companies based in Dallas, TX that may be looking to hire an Acquisitions Analyst / Associate in the near future. Below is an example of the types of positions that MFM Search typically works on: Responsibilities include: • Supporting the identification and evaluation of new real estate investment opportunities. • Leading financial underwriting and due diligence processes for potential acquisitions. • Preparing detailed investment memos, and participating in Investment Committee presentations. • Building and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate investment returns and capital structures. • Conducting in-depth market research to support investment theses and identify trends. • Coordinating with legal, financing, and third-party consultants to facilitate transaction closings. • Tracking and managing the deal pipeline, including updates on status, milestones, and investment metrics. • Providing strategic recommendations on acquisition pricing, structuring, and risk assessment. Qualifications: • 2 - 5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or a related field. • Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related discipline. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Argus is preferred. • Strong analytic and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of real estate valuation metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel for property tours, market research, and due diligence.
